PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING TICKETS
(Note: All Sales End at 11:59 pm the night before the event opens)
1. WHO IS EVOLUTION TICKETING?
This is the company that provides online ticketing only, for Christiansen Amusements. They don’t set pricing and don’t have information on event prices for admission, rides, games or food.
2. WHAT ARE PRICES AT THE EVENT VERSUS THE ADVANCE SALE PACKAGES?
Regular ride and game prices vary according to the quantity of tickets or games played. There are
also various individual event ride specials offered. The Super Ticket packages purchased online are a one-of-a-kind package which offers both rides and games or food tickets. There is no other on site package that offers all three products so the Super Ticket package online offers the most products and best value available.
3. IS THERE A CARNIVAL EVENT ADMISSION FEE?
For some of the Christiansen Amusements events there is an admission fee of $2.00 for everyone
ages 7 and older (6 and under are free). Other events may have different admission fees; however, many events are free without any admission for any age. The information sheet you receive with your ticket purchase confirmation email will provide any admission fee information.
4. WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT DOES CHRISTIANSEN AMUSEMENTS ACCEPT?
Online purchases accept Visa and MasterCard only. At the actual event locations cash is accepted for ride tickets, playing games and food products. There is an ATM machine available at the Carnival Office for other transactions. A small fee is charged.
5. ARE THERE ANY RIDE REQUIREMENTS OR RESTRICTIONS?
Yes. Each ride has height requirement signs (34”, 42”, 48”, etc.) and any other instructions for riding such as ‘No Single Riders’ or ‘With Adults Only’ etc. The minimum height requirement for any individual rider is 34”. Some rides allow an adult to accompany a child less than 34” but there are a limited number of these at most events. PLEASE CONTACT CHRISTIANSEN AMUSMENTS if the child you are considering for a Super Ticket package is a shorter child to make sure there are enough rides to make the purchase worth while. There are NO Refunds or Exchanges of these products.
All rides have Safety Signs posted at their entrance area indicating things such as: large size,
pregnancy, no shoes, physical disabilities, etc. that are factors that may affect the ability to ride.
Game rules are according to safety and ability with the discretion of the game operators and
supervisors on the ability to play.
6. WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY SUPER TICKETS?
All Super Tickets sold can ONLY be obtained at the event at the Carnival Office located on the event grounds in the carnival area. All tickets need to be picked up the day of your event purchase for any single day product or during any day of a multiple-day purchase. You must have your online receipt in printed form to obtain your Super Ticket. ONLY ONE ‘SUPER TICEKT’ WILL BE GIVEN FOR EACH PACKAGE PURCHASED. Carnival Office hours will be listed on the Event Information Sheet you’ll receive in your confirmation email. You will NOT be contacted by Evolution Ticketing.
